Pincele molho de tomate na metade da massa e acrescente o recheio sempre começando e terminando com a mussarela. Feche o disco como um grande pastel pincele com molho de tomate e queijo parmesão. Asse por 25 minutos até dourar.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Recheio:&lt;br /&gt;1 escarola refogada no azeite,sal e alho&lt;br /&gt;40g de molho de tomate&lt;br /&gt;100g de ricota&lt;br /&gt;200g de mussarela&lt;br /&gt;100g de tomates secos&lt;br /&gt;50g de queijo parmesão&lt;br /&gt;Sal, pimenta e salsinha a gosto&lt;br /&gt;Preparo: refogue rapidamente a escarola no sal azeite e um dente de alho picado. Deixe esfriar. Após passar o molho de tomate na massa, faça uma camada de mussarela, a escarola, a ricota, sal pimenta e salsinha, o tomate seco e finalize com mussarela, orégano e um fio de azeite. Feche o calzone e asse. A Caçarola Italiana,é uma sobremesa fácil de se fazer e simplesmente irresistível.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Caçarola Italiana&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;br /&gt;2 latas de leite condensado&lt;br /&gt;1 lata de leite(medida do leite condensado)&lt;br /&gt;4 ovos&lt;br /&gt;250g de queijo meia cura ou branco cremoso&lt;br /&gt;100 g de coco ralado&lt;br /&gt;2 colheres de sopa de farinha de trigo&lt;br /&gt;1 xícara de suco de laranja&lt;br /&gt;2 colheres de sopa de queijo parmesão ralado&lt;br /&gt;Preparo:&lt;br /&gt;Coloque os ingredientes no liquidificador e bata por 3 minutos. Ponha em uma forma de pudim previamente caramelada e asse em banho maria por 50 minutos, até ficar dourada.Espere esfriar e coloque na geladeira por duas horas.Retire a caçarola da forma e despeje por cima a calda&lt;br /&gt;Preparo da calda:&lt;br /&gt;2 colheres de raspa de casca de laranja&lt;br /&gt;1 xícara de açúcar&lt;br /&gt;Coloque o açúcar com as raspas de laranja e 200ml de água no fogo e mexa até dar o ponto de calda. Coloque a calda sobre a caçarola e sirva. A dica&lt;br /&gt;para esta semana é uma mistura de sabores do elemento terra com o&lt;br /&gt;elemento mar.O camarão na abóbora moranga alia estes dois sabores de maneira&lt;br /&gt;muito especial.Experimente esta receita que já tem história em minha família.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Camarão na moranga&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;br /&gt;1 abóbora moranga de aproximadamente 2kg&lt;br /&gt;4 camarões grandes com casca para enfeitar&lt;br /&gt;1 kg de camarão médio ou grande descascado&lt;br /&gt;250gr de catupiry ou requeijão cremoso&lt;br /&gt;1 lata de tomate sem pele italiano&lt;br /&gt;2 limões sicilianos&lt;br /&gt;1 cebola finamente picada&lt;br /&gt;1 dente de alho picado&lt;br /&gt;1 colher de sopa de folhas de alfavaca(manjericão)&lt;br /&gt;3 colheres de manteiga&lt;br /&gt;2 colheres de azeite extra virgem&lt;br /&gt;sal a gosto&lt;br /&gt;Pimenta moída na hora a gosto&lt;br /&gt;1 cálice de conhaque&lt;br /&gt;Preparo:&lt;br /&gt;Corte uma tampa na moranga, retire as sementes e um pouco da polpa.&lt;br /&gt;Lave bem e seque. Dissolva uma colher de chá de açúcar e uma colher de chá de sal em 100ml de água e coloque dentro da moranga junto com o a alfavaca. Feche a moranga com a tampa deixando saída para o ar e cozinhe por 15 minutos no forno de microondas, ou por 35 minutos em banho maria. Escorra o liquido do interior e reserve.&lt;br /&gt;Recheio:&lt;br /&gt;Tempere os camarões com limão um pouco sal e pimenta e reserve. Frite a cebola e o alho com azeite, acrescente os tomates bem picados. Em outra panela, escorra o excesso de liquido dos camarões e frite-os na manteiga por no máximo 5 minutos, retire do fogo coloque o conhaque e flambe.Coloque os camarões junto com o refogado, acerte o sal e a pimenta.&lt;br /&gt;Montagem:&lt;br /&gt;Forre o interior da moranga com uma camada de catupiry, coloque o refogado de camarões e coloque mais uma camada de catupiry por cima e ponha a tampa da moranga. Envolva em papel alumínio e coloque no forno a gás ou elétrico por 40 minutos a 180°C. Frite os camarões grandes com casca e enfeite a moranga. Era ali eu brincava, subia em árvores, mexia os doces em tachos de cobre, pisava as uvas em barricas de madeira para o suco e o vinho.&lt;br /&gt;Com a vó Zula desvendei os segredos dos pães sovados no cilindro de madeira, os bolos confeitados o macarrão caseiro e um dos melhores nhoques que já provei. Adicione o manjericão e deixe ferver por 5 minutos com a tampa fechada, mas, mexendo a cada minuto. Uma, a da vó Zula (Izulina Brustolim Cequinel), com requintes de quituteira e confeiteira além de uma grande habilidade com arranjos florais que pareciam verdadeiros; na outra, da vó Cecília ( Cecília Buturi Filippetto), os molhos, o pernil de cabrito inigualável, as massas rústicas, conservas e principalmente o vinho e os derivados das uvas Terci, Isabel e Bergerac, de um parreiral modesto mas muito produtivo onde na época da poda ficava todo enfeitado com as fitas coloridas que meu avô usava para fazer a amarração dos brotos. As fitas eram sobras dos forros das bolsas e malas da Fabrica IKA no Seminário, vizinha da chácara.
